Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rules for using Clothing Tech Pack and the responsibilities that remain with you when preparing apparel production documents.

Effective date

September 3, 2026

Operated by

MTTenterprise Inc.

You keep ownership of the garment information and files you submit.

Factory Readiness checks documentation, but does not approve a garment for production.

Clean exports and subscriptions are paid digital services processed through Stripe.

01

Service provider and agreement

Clothing Tech Pack is an online apparel documentation service operated by MTTenterprise Inc. These Terms apply to the public website, guest workspaces, registered accounts, garment workflows, file uploads, suggestions, Factory Readiness checks, previews, issued revisions, exports, billing, and related support.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02

Eligibility, accounts, and guest workspaces

You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement and may use the Service only in compliance with applicable law. The Service is intended for business and professional apparel-development work, not for children.

You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your password, passkeys, two-factor recovery information, and every action taken through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or private workspace has been accessed without permission.

A limited private workspace may be used without an account. A guest workspace is connected to a secure browser cookie and ordinarily expires after 30 days unless it is claimed by an eligible account. Clearing cookies, changing devices, or allowing the guest period to expire may permanently remove access to that workspace.

03

What the Service does

The Service helps you organize garment references, materials, components, construction, measurements, colorways, artwork, labels, packaging, samples, revisions, and export files. Guided and Direct modes are different interfaces for the same underlying workspace.

Factory Readiness identifies documentation gaps and consistency issues using defined product rules. A score, completed section, suggestion, preview, or export is not an approval by a factory, technical designer, pattern maker, testing laboratory, lawyer, compliance specialist, or other professional.

  • The Service does not create production patterns or automatically grade sizes.
  • The Service does not guarantee fit, construction feasibility, material performance, regulatory compliance, costing, quality, or factory acceptance.
  • You must review every production fact and obtain appropriate sampling, testing, and specialist review before manufacturing.
04

Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the sketches, photographs, technical flats, logos, artwork, measurements, specifications, supplier details, notes, and other content you submit. You grant MTTenterprise Inc. a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, scan, transform, render, and transmit that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Service.

You confirm that you own your content or have permission to use it for apparel development and to authorize the processing described in these Terms. You are responsible for avoiding content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or other rights.

The Service, its interface, workflows, garment schemas, readiness rules, software, documentation, branding, and underlying technology are owned by MTTenterprise Inc. or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

05

Private files and sharing

Customer files are stored in private application storage and are delivered through authorization-checked or short-lived links. The Service does not publish your tech packs in a public gallery.

You control any file after you download, forward, print, or otherwise share it. You are responsible for confirming the recipient, revision, and confidentiality terms before sending a production document to a factory or another party.

06

Suggestions and assisted features

Some features can propose visible garment details or rewrite existing readiness findings into plain-language next steps. Suggestions do not change confirmed production data unless you expressly accept or edit them.

When an assisted feature uses an external provider, the interface asks for consent before the selected data is sent. Reference analysis sends only the images you select. Readiness advice sends the current score and named rule findings, not uploaded files or undisclosed production data. Provider storage is disabled for these requests.

Suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your design. You remain responsible for reviewing each result and for every decision included in an issued tech pack.

07

Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful apparel documentation and related business purposes. You may not misuse the Service or help another person do so.

  • Do not upload malware, active content, corrupted files intended to disrupt processing, or content you are not authorized to use.
  • Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, active-style limits, payment controls, signed links, file checks, or other security measures.
  • Do not probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Service except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.
  • Do not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, deceive a factory, impersonate another person, or misrepresent an unreviewed document as professionally approved.
  • Do not resell access, share account credentials, or use automated access unless we have expressly authorized it.
08

Free access, plans, and limits

The Service may offer free drafting, a watermarked PDF preview, one-time clean export access, and recurring plans. Current features, active-style limits, usage limits, prices, and availability are shown in the Service or at checkout.

Free previews are visibly watermarked, available only as PDF files, and expire. Clean PDF and XLSX exports are tied to the issued revision selected for export. We may change future plan features, limits, and prices, but changes do not remove rights already granted for a completed one-time purchase.

09

Billing, renewals, and cancellation

Stripe processes payments. We receive transaction identifiers and payment status, but do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Prices and the transaction currency are disclosed before you confirm checkout.

A recurring plan renews automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. You can manage or cancel it through the billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals, and paid access ordinarily continues through the end of the current billing period unless applicable law requires a different result.

Failed, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent payments may delay or suspend paid access. You are responsible for currency conversion charges, issuer fees, and taxes that are not collected by us.

10

Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, paid digital services are non-refundable after the related clean files or subscription benefits have been made available. Unused time or export access does not convert to cash and is not transferable.

We will review requests involving duplicate charges, a verified failure to deliver a purchased service, or an unused purchase. Contact us before starting a chargeback so we can investigate. Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

11

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service dependable, but do not promise uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, queue delays, unsupported content, security reviews, or events outside our reasonable control may interrupt access or processing.

We may add, change, or discontinue features, garment schemas, formats, and integrations. When reasonably required, we will provide notice of a material change that negatively affects an active paid plan.

12

Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using the Service, delete individual tech packs, or request account deletion through account settings. Active subscriptions and unresolved checkouts must be handled before account deletion can finish.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, repeated abuse, infringement, or a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

After deletion or termination, access to workspaces, files, exports, and unused benefits may end. Limited billing, security, dispute, and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

13

Third-party services

The Service depends on providers for payment processing, hosting, storage, email delivery, infrastructure, security, and optional assisted features. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

Links to a factory, supplier, or other third party do not mean we endorse or control that party. Your manufacturing, sampling, purchasing, and confidentiality arrangements are between you and the relevant third party.

14

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." MTTenterprise Inc. disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that a tech pack is complete for a particular product, factory, market, or legal requirement. Digital documentation cannot replace physical samples, fit approval, material testing, product testing, quality control, or professional review.

15

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTTenterprise Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost production, factory charges, unusable goods, material waste, recall costs, business interruption, or lost data arising from the Service.

Our total liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of CAD $100 or the fees you paid to us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability or statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

16

Your responsibility for claims

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify MTTenterprise Inc. from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your infringement of another party's rights, your unlawful use of the Service, or your material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.

17

Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to non-waivable local consumer rights, disputes will be brought in the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the Service.

We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply to future use.
